RealSmarter has a committment to education.  Our staff undertake ongoing training and education to ensure they are up to date with the latest legislation and best practice standards.  They also learn about smarter property solutions which can help you turn negatively geared properties into positive cash flow, how to develop your property and enhance value.

Our committment to education is not just for our staff.  We educate tenants on many aspects of renting – how to understand their water bill, how to clean a dishwasher, what products can be safely used on their shower screen, the importance of keeping debris away from the sides of the home to deter termites etc., as well as the usual education about bond, and leases, changing tenants etc.

We also help our owners to understand how to minimise their risks associated with owning an investment property and how they can potentially add value and generate more income from their asset.
